Have to agree with some of the most recent reviews regarding poor service, came for dinner tonight, local to the area and never been before so thought I would give it a try for my birthday with my family. Was not busy at all yet waited along time to be served on numerous occasions and had to get up a few times to call for a waiter very bad, there is no excuse considering there was only 3 tables of customers, workers did not seem interested in providing any sort of customer service today. When we got up and ask a staff member if we could order deserts she stated that the other lady would be with us soon, despite her being available, and yet still waited an extra 5-10 minutes after that to be served. Although food was great, service is important and can take away from what could have been a good experience, no excuse for this and very disappointing, won?t be returning.

Ordered a delivery via one of the apps and had an issue with my order. Ordered gluten free pasta and when receiving the delivery it was incorrect - normal pasta was sent. Being gluten free I was concerned as the pasta was missing the usual Gf label and was not the fusilli I was expecting. Tried to call the restaurant - took multiple attempts as nobody picked up (was not a busy time), and then when I did speak to someone they were rude/didn?t care/ didn?t understand the need for me to check what they had sent and ultimately hung up on me. More care to be taken when cooking delivery orders, especially if gluten free pasta is requested (and any other allergen is noted for that matter)

Been served by D twice now here she is exceptional at her job friendly nothing is too much and the food is cooked hot and in a timely manner always with a warm welcome

Wonderful, friendly and attentive service from Dee and Jasmine for a birthday dinner!!! Food was delicious and very filling and the atmosphere was lovely. Definitely recommend!!

We did a take out for our daughter?s birthday. It was a personalised order, 20+ kids pizzas and some pasta for those who preferred. The entire experience was smooth and awesome! Food was great, nothing to complain. Georgiana was great in handling the order. Everything as we expected, well organised. I?d recommend you to use Prezzo for your catering needs.
We are definitely going back for a meal next weekend.

Efficient and friendly service, good quality food and a menu that offers plenty of variety. What's not to like?
I had the burrata which I hadn't tried before and was actually really good, then the dolce e piccante pizza which is a personal favourite.
