The people in the shop is always helpful and willing to help when I am struggling to post quite a number of the parcel. The professional attitude makes me great every time I go.

Refused to take my Evri parcel even though they are listed on the Evri site. Team make you feel as though they wish you would not come in.

Terrible experience today. The young lad on the till told me off for bringing too many parcels and told me I should be here before noon. He said "because I am spending too long serving you other customers are waiting". I had 5 parcels and the customer behind had 3 parcels. He made no sense whatsoever. He was then really grumpy with my Evri labels, in contrast to the other staff who are nice and generally attach them for you. Why are you allowing him to destroy your business. Surely you make money per parcel and shouldn't be turning customers away.

Ah, the "Great" British Post Office. Reduced to a sad little sublease at the back of a poky newsagent. I've seen more commerce take place at my little nephew's Fisher Price pretend cash register than here.The young chap, who had the look of a retiree in his eyes, seemed awfully put out at having to do his job instead of speaking to someone on his mobile. I was told they don't offer the basic post office service I needed on a Sunday, despite visiting within opening hours and the website clearly showing they offered the correct service. It was the same story for the people in front of me in the queue.Come here if you enjoy retirement homes and sadness.

There is one worker there, a slighter figure than the larger, more friendly and professional man generally behind the PO counter, who clearly would rather not be there. I found his behaviour to another customer and myself simply ignorant and offensive over several interactions. Curt, disdainful and rude. Raising of the chin instead of 'can I help you?' is not acceptable; simply staring blankly at people rather than interact is not acceptable - make SOME effort! 'Yes?' is inadequate. He should do something else if he finds the job so unsatisfying. The service apart from his interaction was efficient and the shop well appointed and properly functioning, but this young man is clearly tired of the confused interaction with a public who will always be unsure, imprecise, often vulnerable etc. His cold and blank attitude is the very reverse of customer goodwill. The market is cornered somewhat in the locale but it definitely has affected my liklihood of returning. Have a word.

I had many international and UK packages and cards to post, and Jay dealt with my transaction in a warm, friendly and calm manner. He was very patient and tolerant and just dealt calmly with each item I produced. He didn?t rush me, despite the fact that the queue was beginning to grow. I?d purposefully picked a time that I hoped would be quieter, but as Jay was on his own, he had to deal with all the customers, who were actually fine about waiting. Jay made sure he found the cheapest price for me too, which I appreciated.Thank you for a very positive experience in the post office, which I prefer to Sutton town centre, especially as there?s free parking outside and good public transport links; plus the opening times are really convenient, fitting in well with my work schedule.

If I could write what I want Google wouldn?t post! They are lazy, unhelpful and just down right ignorant! Multiple bad experiences here and yesterday was cherry on the cake. I had an Amazon delivery to return I arrived at 8:37 and was told we don?t deal with this until 9am, nothing on Amazon to say this just you can take to a post office to return. I stated your seriously asking me to wait 20 minutes to do a rerun, so I walked out and said this is why I don?t come here often anymore, his response was ohh well I can do it for you like he was doing me a favour! I walked out before I lost my rag, this is not the first occasion they have messed up, countless over charges on parcels and when I request tracked postage they input the wrong post code, because they are careless, they get their money from me and if my items go missing I can?t claim from Royal Mail as the tracking stated the wrong end address? in short rude, obnoxious, lazy and incompetent!

I am expecting a parcel that was posted here with tracking number. 4 days later and it is still there. I rang the branch and the guy who answered was very unhelpful, with a bad attitude. He wouldn?t check the tracking number and said that I need to go to the branch. I live in Teesside. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend sending a parcel from this branch.

I wish I could give zero star. On their website, it clearly says that they are providing money-gram service, but when I go there, one of the staffs says no we are not providing moneygram service. The guy (wearing glasses) was at the front counter and and he doesn?t know how to talk to customers. He needs to get proper training for customer service. He was very sluggish and impolite. The same problem was with another customer at the same time. He was serving another customer with the same problem. It felt like it?s not a post office just a off-licence. Worst experience of my life, totally waste of my time.

I love that the post office is open 7 days a week. I use the Evri service regularly and the staff are always very helpful!

Appalling experience at this post office. Had an EVRI parcel delivered there, but they gave it to someone else. When I queried it they gave the other persons parcel and said I could take it if I wanted!! Also allowed me to take a photo of that other persons name. No offer of help to contact me if my parcel was returned, just told me to contact EVRI to get a refund. No customer service,, no ID process, no confidentiality - safer to take your chances having it left on your doorstep.

On a previous trip a member of staff came across unwelcoming and blunt.On another trip they were closed before the advertised time on Google/their website so I would advise coming here earlier in the day so you don't waste a trip (or perhaps go to another Post Office).
