Annoyed.
Completely petty but when aunty duties are in lock it?s got to be done.
I wanted to buy 6 toys which would have been more monetary value than what was asked of me.
Had to buy a Happy Meal to buy 1 additional toy. Meal was mediocre (proceeded to the bin, such a waste) and I didn?t receive my drink.
Cannot buy toys separately like in every other McDonald?s I?ve been in.
Every staff member bar 1 was pleasant.
Aunty failed this time around.

It is an excellent fast food restaurant with fries, burgers, and more. I would recommend you try this restaurant because it is great.

The staff are always nice. However, whilst I understand that they can be busy the last 5 times I have ordered food stuff has been missed off my order. So I would caution everyone to double check that all their stuff is in the bag before you leave. I have now lost about £20 worth of food in the last few visits. I know that may not seem like a lot but I?m a university student and so this is a large chunk of my food budget and quite disappointing.

Every time I come here they always make you park up and in a van is a nightmare I?m currently sitting in a cue of 5x cars in front of me literally every time it?s literally a drive thru to park up gonna start going north Cheam from now on

3 June 2025 - Popped for a quick 'gap filler' burger. It tasted alright at the time but as with McDonald's products, I still had a bitter aftertaste some hours after! Diner beware!

Disgusting restaurant. Rats run around in the car park, the staff have been seen picking chips off the floor and throwing them back in with the rest. Once saw the manager swear walking away from an upset customer. Overall possibly the worst McDonald?s in the country. Poor hygiene and rude staff.
