She made a mistake and coloured half of my head bright orange, when I came to fix it she cancelled my appointment, while I was already there.The mistake was made because the hair dye mix was wrong and because while working on me she worked on another client and didn?t pay attention.I made a long way travelling there to fix the mistake, but she was running late and ended up cancelling my appointment because she had other clients (even though I had a booked appointment).I regret recommending this salon to my friends.Very disappointing and upsetting.

It was a last-minute appointment, and I found it on treatwell. I didn't realise the salon was there since summer ( I must have missed the opening). Everything was perfect. From the communication, my time, the service, cleanliness and the owner's skill. Irena comes with the package. Her friendliness, warm welcome, skills and knowledge of the latest trend. She listened and delivered. It was above my expectation. I had a haircut, wash and blowdry. I said that I'll like to keep my length ish and trimmed just the split end. She did that and got my hair treated, blow dry with wavy style patiently despite it was late Saturday evening (7pm ish). Thanks so much. I will only visit this salon from now on and it's closer to Sutton Common Station too

I have been to this hairdresser about a month ago. Never have I ever been this happy with a haircut. Irena was very helpful, explained what she is doing and why. Even though, she took me in without booking, I felt I am getting the best care and she took her time to make sure everything is perfect. I could not recomend more. Will definitely be back for my next cut. Thank you Irena

Sooo good, a local gem.I had left getting my haircut before holiday too late to go far from my house. At first I was a little put off with this being off of the usual high streets but after reading lots of good reviews I gave it a try. SO happy and will be coming back. The lady is so lovely and clearly has been doing this a long time as she gave the best cut I've had in a long time. Thank you very much!!!
