The Sandwich Counter was out of service and the sign asked customers to enquire at the desk. I asked if I could have a Ham & Cheese Baguette and they told me it was sold out. They kindly made me a fresh one. The staff are always extremely friendly and very kind here. Above and beyond service on a extremely busy day.

never anything ready 7:20 in the morning terrible choice nice staff and helpful but always have to buy cold pasties even tho they tell you they have just come out the oven why can't greggs charge us vat so we can have hot food

Always seems to have food ready on the heated display. Food is served slightly warm.Sometimes service is slow, we was the only people in there and three staff members were doing other things for 5 minutes or so without greeting/serving us.

No pastries whatsoever (for the 2nd day running). Only 2 sandwiches left in store. I was told they were closing early and locked out of the shop. He wouldn?t stay open long enough for me to buy one of their last sandwich?s. Not good enough.
