Love this store. There are 2 really friendly employees working there. They are always polite and promptly make my cappuccino. Gregs had the best coffee for sure.

Hardly any food, considering it was an afternoon. Staff weren't the friendliest and upon asking a question on how long things would be, they replied back in a can't be bothered attitude.
I did end up getting a pasty as there was only 2 choices and it was stone cold. I did ask about it being warmed up and was told no.

Staff not listening to what you order , asked for sausage breakfast roll and cappuccino, not only didn't ask what sauce , no coffee , when explained she didn't hear done coffee and wanted to charge full price again instead of doing the offer I first asked for. So will not be returning ( I couldn't even hear what she was saying ) so in need of a bit of training. No problem with the other Greg's at bottom of high street

Going from bad to worse. Been served extremely cold pie bake and the excuse is that it goes to room temperature in the display. It?s far from ?room? temperature, it?s as if I bought it at an open stall on a winter day. Bad service, cold food and rude attitude from so called supervisors. Saddened.

Absolutely love this place. Pog sausage rolls. Burnt my mouth on it but it was worth it. The chocolate chip cookies slap so hard ur mom will come running when she hears u scream in pain from the slap

Wheelchair accessibility: I don?t use one but a lady in a mobility scooter went in

NONE MEAT EATERS BE CAREFUL!!!I came into the Sutton store today and ordered a vegetable bake as I?m a vegetarian and don?t eat meat. When I left the store and bit into my bake I soon realised it was chicken. I took it back into the store for them to say sorry I?ll get you a new one. This is not acceptable and should not have happened. Imagine I had an allergy and I was giving the wrong item. I will not be going back to that store again

Male staff member looked like he was in his mid 50s looks at me and goes NI HAO NI HAO and acts like he couldn?t understand what I ordered. This blatant racism in 2023 is disgusting I am not even Chinese. I will never be coming back again I am truly disgusted.

There was a table inside shop to place your ordered food but staff pushed out customer saying pigeons would come in if customers eat inside. Though I love Greggs Not a pleasant experience after buying meal at Sutton!Vegetarian options: More Choices

Being visting since its the nearest to work location. Mostly food shelfs are empty, bakery items are cold as been made in bulk and lying around (storage rack is not with warmer). New staff (not fully trained). They need to buckle up a lot.

The most miserable bakery in sutton. The staff were absolutely disgusting !!! The OLD lady was also rude and miserable, seriously annoying, creature!!!Horrific experience today (14/11/2023 a few mins before closing)Will never buy any of your products as the staff hygiene is NON-EXISTENT.
