“(Using my partners account - this review is written by Tia).I had a wonderful experience today in Ryman in Sutton, thanks to Suzanne, Louis and Kasey.I had phoned in the morning to print 50 copies of an important document, on a particular piece of card. Louis was wonderful on the phone as I called upset and in a panic, and encouraged me to come into the store so the team could help me.Suzanne spent two hours, with the help of Louis and Kasey, to ensure that these were printed to perfection. Whilst doing this, they also served other customers with lovely customer service. With a few technical hitches, from my end more than theirs, and a lot of me panicking it would not get done on time, they were incredible at printing me a wonderful quality and ensuring that I remained calm.I am very grateful for not only the customer service you delivered today, but the sheer kindness of you all. Thank you!”

“Ended up getting an airfryer. Really love it. Got a good sale price. The staff are so helpful and friendly in this store. She was helping me decide what one to buy. This one is a perfect size for my kitchen but big enough for 2 people.”

“Best Sainsbury’s to shop in locally. It’s Modern and clean and very spacious. The car park does get full during peak times. I think a lot of it is the free parking you get so gym goers use it and people shopping in Sutton so intend to shop in the evenings and have no trouble. They also have plenty of children/parents parking.”

“Excellent above and beyond service at B&Q Sutton tonight. 31.1.24. Two different gentleman employees helped me to load several large bags of logs and coal onto a trolley and then into my car. The first gentleman had finished his shift and was leaving but kindly offered to help. Thank you both. I'm stronger than I look but this was hugely appreciated!”
