Awful long experience. Needed a phone repaired, on report it said perfect condition except the touchscreen not working told us it's under warranty. It Gets too the repair shop and suddenly it's not under warranty and its £85 as there is a sudden dent in the phone. Questioned the ee workers about it and felt spoken down too when I asked for help on the phone and how to set it back up. The bloke said "it's easy it's done". If it was done I wouldn't be asking for help.I couldn't ask freely what I wanted as I felt like they thought I should know technology like them.Each and every time I've visited here for help with a phone they have messed up completely.

Went to purchase a S23 last week.Was not happy with the contract option they offered, so planned to go for other providers.But they told me other providers are doing 3 year contract andIf i do a enquiry with other providers for available offers, it will badly impact my credit score. As i am new to this contract scheme i believed them and made the purchase.But then i happened to know about so many providers are giving lower term contract with other offers. Now stuck with EE.Called the customer care,got reply they cant help because its a instore purchase

Really poor quality service. We bought an Esim contract and spent the whole time in the EE store on the phone to EE phone support, while the staff stood next to us chatting.No help whatsoever and not even considerate of the fact that we were trying to have a conversation on the phone with their support team!!

My first time in a EE phone shop to get my son his first mobile phone contract. Shaz our assistant was very helpful, patient, and took the time to explain all my sons needs in using the phone home and abroad, my son signed up for a Sim only 24month contract for £31pm, the plan included 250gb of switch over roaming data, unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and a monthly added special.Thank you Shaz

I visited the EE store in Sutton last Friday 24th. Had a very warm welcome by the staff and the approach was very nice. Nice staff. Was served by someone called Callum,i think. He was very nice and polite and helped me understand the process. Will recommend this shop because of the staff.

Bad customer service, i went this morning all the employees with their hads down on their personal phone,no eyes contact to me, where clearly a need it their help I even greet to them but...nothing happened.
