Rude customer service. The young boys were nasty, talked to me like I?m stupid, kept repeating themselves even after I confirmed I understood several times. One boy became aggressive in his body language and tone for no reason other than simple minded frustration caused by a lack of maturity, respect and capacity for sales.

My personal experience in this EE store was not that good, I am an EE customer for 2 decade , went for an upgrade on one of five contract I have with EE,, The sales assistant could not give me a better deal than what I saw online, end up walking out after sales assistant told me you be better off calling EE itself, I did and I gor a bargain from EE over the phone

What the hell how is this shop so big and there?s just 2 workers here this is disgusting now it?s nearly full of people the man just went inside customer service is disgusting I don?t recommend this store to anyone until the staff will be different
