Fantastic salon which is a haven of tranquility.I can highly recommend Sheila , who is a true professional , she has a wealth of experience and gives excellent advice on skincare. I would not go anywhere else for my facials.

Definition Skin is such a gorgeous, clean, professional salon. The staff have completely changed my skin and life after suffering with severe acne. I?ve mainly worked with Sharon and now don?t trust anyone else with my skin and always feel comfortable and can trust Sharon with my skin. We started Medical Grade skincare in May 2019, once my acne was clear after just 3 months we then worked and have continued to remove, reduce and calm my scarring. I have tried a range of treatments such as micro needling, peels, dermaforce and dermalux of which all have made massive improvements to my skin. I can?t thank Sharon enough for everything she?s done for me and my skin. I will continue to always buy my skincare from Definition Skin and continue my treatments there! Thank you!

Since finding this salon, I have never looked back. Walking into my initial appointment, I thought I knew a lot about skin care, but how wrong was I. Sharon has helped me understand the basic necessities needed for keeping my skin in tip-top condition. She has helped with salon treatments and home care products. My skin has never looked better, always receiving compliments on how clear my skin is. The ladies are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. They always go above and beyond. The great thing is that Sharon has been through all the treatments herself so she can understand and explain and answer every type of question related to the treatment/procedure. If you are faced with skin problems or dilemmas, go and see the ladies at definition. I've been going 4 years now and counting :D

I had my eyebrows microbladed by the lovely Aimee today. This is the first time I have had this done, and I have to say, I'm beyond pleased with the results, I love what Aimee has done. Aimee was so professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the different types of semi permanent makeup techniques to establish the best choice for me. I highly recommend Aimme and this clinic. Fabulous experience xx

Good service but be careful about the prices. If you can, get a receipt for what service you will be receiving. Twice I got weird behaviour regarding my payments and how much I have to pay. First time, the lady asked me for a far much money to pay, when I asked her why, she correct herself. As if I was not careful she might charge me much more. Second time she changed the amount of money I had to pay and she said that was always this price!! I paid what she asked me but I will never go back there.

I had my eyebrows micro bladed by Aimee who spent an hour explaining the process a month before I had it done. The actual appointment was relaxing & Aimee was gentle & thoughtful, again explaining every step. I was seen 4 weeks later for an aftercare assessment & Aimee ? topped up? a few areas which are more noticeable once the eyebrows have healed & settled. Highly recommend this salon!

Worst salon ever! Staff rude. Salon really dirty. Staff very un knowledgeable and try to blag the treatments they are offering. AVOID at all costs! Visit other local salons for a better service.

I would never trust anyone else with my face/lips other than Laura! She is the most comforting person and never lets me do to much (which I would definitely do if allowed) she keeps everything very natural and the salon is such a lovely environment!

Absolutely massacred my eyebrows. They are so far apart I now look like there's something wrong with me. I cannot believe this place has so many positive reviews.... who would ever, ever go back?
