Amazing Staff.
Few weeks ago, I entered in the coffee shop few minutes before the closing time, I been very welcome by the staff (2ladies). The barista tooks time to describe me each coffee. Very well trained and knowledgeable, I never been so impressed by such a great service in any other coffee shop. Bravo and thanks for the delicious Oat Flat white.

Gentleman with beard know how to handle queue and easy to understand conversation( I am foreigner).
Batista is hard working with good speed.

Staff did nothing to stop children running around the venue. People are trying to enjoy a coffee. If the kids want to run around they should go to the park

The staff are very friendly like Dorina & Ania ? even on a busy day they memorise the orders from regular costumers . Cappuccino was lovely made ?

Wanted one take out coffee. Batista foreign woman beginning with d, was making the coffee. Never had slower service in all my life, 20 minutes for a latte, whilst she explain how she is not doing procedures to costas rules and regulations to other customers. Finally got my coffee would of asked for re fund but paid with voucher, cold , had to re heat at work. Re think your staff

I was very disappointed in the service and level of hygiene at Cota Coffee in Sutton, there were discarded sandwich wrappers on the floor along with wooden spoons and empty sugar sachets and the tables hadn't been cleaned properly. I ordered a hot sandwich which took a long time before it was ready, they said they would let me know when it was ready but forgot so it was left on the serving table and was cold, there were three girls working so not short of staff I therefore expected a far better service especially for the price.
