I can?t imagine how Royal mail, let this shop use their services. I often need to post things and most of the time I go there to post my parcels they send me back because they might be busy doing something else, their system is not working or they decide to close the post 30 min early than the time shows on the door.Even though they get paid for their service they make it look like you own them something.

Don't accidentally have an Amazon item delivered there and not collect it the same day. Had an argument with the guy behind the counter as "it's only a small space and we can't keep everything". Sorry, mate, but not my problem. If you don't have any space don't accept the contract to receive parcels for people. I won't use that site again.

I wish I could give this a 0 but the man there is very very rude shows absolutely no respect for any customer don't bother going in there as also the lady in there isn't much better they are both rude and as bad as each other and don't try exchanging your electric voucher either as its never working and is always not working.
