Great service. The cakes and coffee were very good indeed especially if you have a sweet tooth. The staff was amazing and friendly and did all he could to make it a better experience.

Horrible service by Mary who claims she is the assistant manager. All because I wanted to redeem a voucher and take perks of extra syrups. Absolutely poor customer service. Will not recommend! The one up high street is better! Store itself was kept in a bad condition.

I visited a Caffè Nero location to redeem a free drink as part of the Octopus client promotion. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The staff didn?t seem welcoming at all when I used the coupon code, and their attitude felt rude and dismissive.
On top of that, the cleanliness of the café was noticeably poor compared to other Caffè Nero branches I've been to. There was an unpleasant smell in the shop, and rubbish was left around, which made the environment quite uncomfortable. Definitely not up to the standard I expected.

A cozy and dependable little hub in Sutton for anyone looking to relax with a good cup of coffee. The atmosphere is laid-back, with plenty of seating and natural light ? perfect for catching up with a friend or getting some solo time with a book. Staff are usually friendly and efficient, even during busier hours, and the drinks are consistently well-made. Their flat white never disappoints, and the pastries are always fresh. It?s also a great spot for a quiet moment between errands in town. A solid local favourite.

Visited there on last suday afternoon and had the worst coffee ever. Didn't have whip cream, but the staff didn't inform me at the time of ordering that the coffee you ordered includes whip cream, which we don't have. The furniture also needs updating. The overall shop is in really bad shape.
