My all-time favourite Caffè Nero. The coffee beats Pret and Costa hands down. The cakes look delicious but my anxiety would'nt thank me.

I ordered a large oat latte to take away from a blonde lady in her late 30s. I received a regular and when stated that I asked for a large, she took the coffee, poured it into a large container and topped it up with milk without providing any extra espresso shots so I was left with a weak coffee and milk running down the side from where she poured the coffee in a rush. Normally the staff are wonderful, but very disappointed in this instance

A vibrant café in the heart of Sutton. Reliably great coffee and a good selection of food. Outdoor seating allows you to eat, drink and watch the world go by in nice weather.

Generally, I like Nero coffee. About this particular location, I'd like to highlight George's friendliness, as he is always ready to welcome guests with professionalism and warmth
