My wife and I went on Armistice day to order some tiles. There was one peson in store with radio working in backgorund. In a short while it is was 11am and the there was the bell sound for a minute silence. Just few seconds earlier, my wife was about to ask me about a tile from a distance...the store keeper . manager, yelled at wife "Will you please keep quite!!!" (which basically was undertoned from "Will you shut up?". My wife just beforeasking didnt realise it was 11am and the store keepers could have said it in a polite way. With all due respect to Armistice day, my wife didnt realise the time and she had no intention to inturrupt the store keeper. But no...he choose the harsh way...we stepped out of the store instantly. Team Boyden...with the person's wrong attitude you lost a customer.

Just called to see where my tiles where coming and spoke to a very rude man and the week before my tiler had the same experience good after sales think not so rude won't be going back there again

Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff and wonderful product range. How refreshing these days to feel like your custom is valued. Also had extremely good service over the phone from Ash at Head Office who took the time to check up on a particular tile and call me back. A winning formula - keep on doing what you are doing!

Visited today looking for tiles/bathroom fittings for large house extension - kitchen, wet room etc. Had the pleasure of meeting Alison. This young lady deserves some sort of award! I have not, for a very long time, been to a showroom and had such super service, smiling, helpful and even copying some paperwork of information she thought may be helpful supplied two catalogues of all the goods I was interested in. Such service is so rare - Alison you were amazing!!!!

Extremely helpful staff. Samples obtained the following day and I received a phone call to say that the samples were in the store. Bought tiles here in the past and couldn't fault their customer service. The lady that served me throughout even carried the sample tiles to the car for me which was appreciated as i had recently had surgery.

Excellent service from all the staff and helpful advice. Next day free delivery for tiles in stock was also very useful. I've used them a couple of times now and have no hesitation in recommending them.
