“As a fan of Waterstones, I frequently visit this location with my family, as well as the Kingston and flagship branches. The store is always clean and pleasant.

The upstairs café is spacious, providing a comfortable spot to relax with a coffee. The prices here are lower than at other branches, and the staff are always friendly. I can't imagine life without Waterstones! ”

“Went into store Thursday 29th November around 13.35 and was served by the lovely Catie, who was not only lovely, polite and helpful, but knew the stock of the shop well, so I was able to locate an item I'd bought months ago! The supervisor, a young man with glasses, was also lovely and helpful too, but I can't praise Catie enough. Shopping on the highstreet is something I mostly avoid as customer care is as extinct as the dodo! However, Catie, means there might be hope for the highstreet!”

“As a weekly visitor, find clean presented clothes and often lovely pieces of bric a brac a well stocked shop mostly full of quality items.The linen rail is always well stocked with beautifully presented quilts - towels, etc. Whoever has pressed the items does a fantastic job ?”

“Always well stocked, but abit frustrating that they no longer have someone on the counter all the time and you have to press the bell and wait if want something behind the counter like football/Pokémon cards.”
