“Came to my rescue on a busy Saturday morning when my car wouldn’t start. Extremely friendly and professional. They checked over my car and gave me a detailed explanation of what could be wrong. Very honest and trustworthy garage. Advised me to go back to Halfords to fix the issue as they put a new battery in the day before.I've been back and fourth to Halfords Sutton several times this week with persistent problems, and I can honestly state that the difference in service quality is remarkable. “If you've a choice of Sutton or Mitcham euro car parts, definitely use Sutton, the staff are 10000 times more friendlier and helpful, I've used mitcham a few times and will not use again, they're arrogant, I needed a part for my car which they had but due to having to keep waiting around (every single time), being spoken to like I'm forcing them to work, I decided to give Sutton a call, they didn't have the part but ordered it in, was kept up to date with the status of my order by a very cheerful lady on the telephone, these folks are brilliant, thank you so much folks, keep up the brilliant work”

“These guys a life savers...I'm a driving instructor and the EML was on due to very low battery...2 tests potentially won't go out ..I explained my gripe and these chaps and chapess bought the appt forward..and literally saved 2 tests from being cancelled...I don't know how to say thankyou.
