Very happy to listen and give good advice to resolve a tricky problem.I felt 100% they would help out of my situation and not 'drop' me as a nuisance!! They worked very well with the AA to get my flat tyre to them for it to be replaced (pot holes......). I needed a new tyre so they advised a tyre to match the others.
