This is a fabulous traditional British pub, we saw a fabulous trio band when we went there a few weeks ago. We are going back again to see another band again.

Interesting building (used to be a bank!), friendly efficient service, excellent ambience, fun without being too loud, quite a wide age range. Went there for Friday night birthday drinks, didn't eat.

£7.40 a pint and you can?t be bothered to get your Wi-Fi working. Give me a break. When a member of staff tells me you have to shut down all the tills to reset the Wi-Fi, it tells me your taking the mick out of your customers, and the poor staff have to take the brunt of it for your shortcuts.

I gave 1 star for cusine as I never tried there food. As a pub, for a pint, super. It was where I changed trains, always had time for a pint ????

Lovely atmosphere with some nice punters and amazing staff! Namely Jules Sophia and Saffron, made myself and my work colleague feel very welcome. 10/10 I?ll be back

I gave a rating of 3 stars instead of 5 because this is the fourth time in a row this month that I have visited this place and the WiFi is still not working . Despite trying to connect with the password or scanning the code, it doesn't work. Additionally, the staff members are unable to assist with this issue.
