It's really worth it :) it's close to the railway station and bus stop, and at the same time it's really quiet. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Wifi could be better, but still not the worst. The staff was friendly :)

Lovely hotel! The staff were supper welcoming and had such lovely smiles ? it really made us feel at home after a hectic day! The rooms are of decent size but perfect for a short stay and the beds were perfectly clean and crisp and super comfortable. We also loved their breakfast and the service from the receptionist to the manager.

The windows do not open so it was roasting in the room and our room didnt have a plug (bath plug) when we checked in the said that we could come down and get dinner when ever but when we went down they said we had to book and that it was too busy but it wasnt but the food was good but everything else was outragis i could keep going on about it

The amenities were fantastic. The sticky toffee pudding at dinner was excellent. Melt in the mouth, rich and warmed to perfection. All the staff have been kind, courteous and extremely helpful. I?ve frequented this hotel in the past and have never had any complaints.

I stay at the hotel regularly, staff are always friendly and helpful, hotels is always clean and tidy, the only niggle is paying for the parking (the way you have to pay sometimes its an app, sometimes it over the phone as the machine is broken regularly) and Coors Beer has been unavailable for the pass 6 months!

We chose this Hotel because of proximity to the wedding were attending. Although the parking bays were tight, there was space when we arrived late in the evening and that was really helpful! The check-in was efficient and although the room was "a bit on the small side" that was totally OK for our one night stay. The range available for breakfast was good and the breakfast team were friendly and efficient.

This hotel is next door to Tolworth train station and makes it ideal for getting to Chessington and London trains every 30 min, M and S and some other shops nearby including 24h tesco express 7 min walk away. Dominos pizza nearby too. Can get delivery from uber eats etc if need be. Only minor clenliness issues with the bathroom , Also not tolworth station does not have lift access, lots of stairs to access both platforms. We were traveling with 2 buggies so was a bit of a struggle. Hotel staff helpful, Aslo ULEZ applies in this area. The road outside the hotel isnt included but once you go right over the roundabout it inside the zone so be careful if using your car

Hotel it self was perfectly suitable, the staff were extremely helpful, few issues with the car park flooding and the floors in the reception and restaurant filthy because of this.. but overall suited our needs perfectly

Thank you for such a pleasant stay. A special thank you to Joel on reception who was very pleasant friendly helpful and efficient. The room was clean and quiet as well. This hotel is a 2 minute walk from Tolworth train station so ideal for anyone who wants to commute into Central London.

A new store with poor stocking.not alot of what you want.basic stuff and not alot of it.some items are expensive and if you want a newspaper, best go early as only have about 6 of each each day.also staff are friendly but very slow.
