Just wanted to highlight Stefania for her outstanding customer service, she was very kind, patient and helpful with issues I was having accessing my banking on the app and in general.I am incredibly grateful and really impressed by the in-store experience I recieved on Wednesday 11th January 2023 around 2PM onwards.

Pretty poor service. Fraud team froze my accounts and asked me to come into branch. I did this and after an hour they said everything was fine. Only for my accounts to remain frozen and for the fraud team to request that I return again!

Staff are friendly and helpful but there aren?t enough of them. The wait time is appalling for a business that prides itself on good customer service.

Very nice and friendly staff. One improvement I would like to suggest is that they ask queuing customers to wait/stand further back from the paying-in machines inside the branch. It?s very disconcerting when someone is breathing over you as you?re paying in to your account and handling cash!

I am very displeased with having to wait in a queue for 40 minutes only to find on entering the bank you have 1 cashier. Not one of the other banks in Surbiton make you wait this long and have more than one cashier.

Absolutely beautiful building. Staff are friendly and eager to help. Opening times are off massively. You need to go there in the late morning/ early afternoon. Monday-Saturday.
