Hi, I hope everyone is well. Sometimes I do stop by for unhealthy food. Today's visit was ok as always. I would like to say... the assistant Sam is doing a good job. Chatining to people and smiles...well done!! Keep doing that. All the best

Its a tough job I get it, but today all I wanted was a McFlurry. I had to ask for a refund after waiting twenty minutes, and the order number just being deleted fr om the screen. In that time I watched a guy with a blue shirt and the Manager Sahil drop the bag in box ice cream mix blue dispenser on the floor, which I videoed, as they simply picked it up and wiped it off and put it in the machine! The guy in the blue shirt should not be in hospitality, as his communication is awful. Sahil refused to give me his name. I'm sorry I don't like giving such negative reviews but the way the refund was handled was so poor, and any food that has been in contact with an especially busy floor that is by the counter, or any floor for that matter should be discarded. It wasn't funny as they seemed to think it was. I doubt the local EHO would be laughing.

Useless. Ordered 2 meals and a happy meal. Got home and realised they didn?t give me one of the meals. Basically stole my money.

The Sauce dispenser was surrounded by flies which threw me off straight away I think the manager on the night was named Maria
Very slow service I understand night shifts are hard but the hygiene and flys and smell of the branch was disgusting
