Sophie Cole was our Agent she was very helpful and friendly from the beginning right up until we moved. She also checked in after the move. She was very quick to get the viewing and put us forward straight away to the landlord the whole experience was very quick and leaders made it as smooth as possible. We also received a gift when we collected the keys. We are happy in our new home and a special thanks to Sophie for making it a very easy transition for our family. :-)

I recently had a few viewings to attend all in one day and had a pleasant experience. I was taken around by Nour, who was really cheerful and happy to try and accommodate my requests. She was able to give be details about the local area and also the different offers on flats around the area. I would definitely recommend leaders to those needing accommodation in a fast but proper manner!

Sophie has been an absolute pleasure to work with throughout our flat hunting experience. Everything was straightforward. It took a long time and much paperwork, but it was very easy process and Sophie was there at all times (even weekends or late in the day). I have worked with many of them and, so far, Leaders Surbiton is the best.
