I went in to enquire about a kitchen towel hook. I was met by a smiling, happy looking gentleman eager to assist.He was competing to greet with a smiling face.Sadly, the particular hook was not available. I was next very surprised at this young man who quickly went upstairs to fetch more catelogs to see if some kitchen company would be available to manufactor the particular hook I had wanted.On arrival, I had been introduced that he was called by the name of Andy. After we had looked into by now over five books, I was feeling more guilty than Andy who was truly wanting to Please the customer first.I could see Andy was a positive, polite and a patient man. He knew customer is priority,addressed me by my name, served smarter not quicker, was caring and competent.Andy was friendly, and truly wonderfully professional. He made the visit so personal.Due to his 'serve smarter not quicker attitude, I have arranged for the company to visit our home and to redesign our twenty by twenty feet kitchen.The customer experience, I received today from this company and Andy in particular, will never be forgotten.I feel more customer training of this nature should carried out by other companies, too.Wishing the company every success it deserves.Bob M
