So I order the budget 60 popcorn chicken. I knew I was short change on the chicken. I even topped up with regular fries. I counted the when I got home. 47 pieces and a small bag of chips. I know its a budget meal. But dont rip people off. Never doing kfc again. Not that they care.

Went in on foot as a normal customer. They prioritise uber and Deliveroo orders over everything. Don?t acknowledge or speak to you unless you kick up a fuss. Service was dreadfully slow. Need a serious upgrade.

Lovely staff but I noticed the person at the back that makes the food?..does not wear gloves. Watched them open stuff, then put cheese on my wrap with the same hands. Whilst also on the phone.
Again lovely staff no problem with them. It?s clean inside too??but watching food being touched with no gloves? NO.

Bought 4 pieces of chicken with fries . Fries okay but I can only describe the chicken pieces as husks - more batter than meat . KFC trying to manage margins, it seems, by cutting costs but ending up with a very poor and spartan product. Other items on the menu may be great but not what I bought so I won?t be going back to KFC anytime soon. .

Had a great experience at KFC in Leeds yesterday. The staff were super friendly and my food was ready in just a few minutes. I got the Boneless Banquet meal ? everything was hot and fresh, and tasted amazing. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy inside, and the fries were perfect. The restaurant was clean and well-kept too. Definitely one of the better KFC visits I?ve had. 5 stars??

Failed to deliver never answer the phone walked a mile to tell them there mistake they didn't care multiple people there at same time complaining about cold food that was made to pick up when they blatantly had multiple drivers available terrible service stay away

Disgusting food - even a few beers can't make up for thr greasy mess of chicken they serve here. Skin is saturated in oil, not crispy at all. Only saving grace was the food was hot when visiting the shop in person
