Hash brown was burnt like a hockey puck. Twister had a fillet burger in it instead of strips and the wrong sauce. Chicken peice looked like someone drop kicked it. Attached pics for reference.

The food was cold and dry. Service is awful and staff forgot items in the order. Staff was stood chatting yet seemed impatient with me taking my time to look at the menu even though there was no one else in the shop. They also didn?t know much about the food they offer. Will not be going back.

Friendly staff and the food test is similar as other KFC. However, due to the lack of staff, if it is a bit busy, the food will be delayed.

Just received an order and missing the main Boneless Hattrick Bundle 8 pc. Tried calling the KFC Surbiton Branch. However, calls remain unanswered. Very disappointing children this evening.
