Even the smallest thing takes forever because there are huge queues due to the extremely limited opening hours.I needed to take time off work to go to this branch when it?s open, only to find out through a note on the door that they?re closed all week.They should simply close this branch and extend the opening hours of the Kingston one to open in the evenings and weekends.

What is the point of a bank that is closed on weekends? Seriously. Anyone with money, guess what, works in the week.

This is a mini branch, so it had limited facilities. There are 1-3 staff members working at any point, hence you may land in a queue if there are many customers. They are very helpful and I have received everything I need whenever I have visited.For a branch which has the full set of facilities, please explore the Kingston branch.

Cashiers Desk gone. So a simple task involved two members of staff as the cheque became stuck in the machine, keys had to be retrieved from upstairs, and one more to pay it in.Well done Management for removing the Cashiers, and causing more time to be used by this simple task ! And doubling the amount of time.

Tried to pay in cash at this branch and I have a brand new First Direct account, but I tried to insert my card into the paying in machine. It rejected my card, went to the two members of staff who looked at my card and said they haven't seen one of these before, black mastercard debit, numbers on the back. They didn't have a clue, like they didn't know that you are supposed to be able to pay in cash at HSBC even with First Direct.

Never used the ATM's at this bank in the evening. Somebody sticks blockers on the withdrawal window. You will not be able to get through the bank just because you are not their customer and even if you are you are still doomed. Call police. And wait for over an hour. Take pictures and videos. And go in the morning to the bank. But! They will not check the security footage of the CCTV on the side of the building or on the ATM's. So just say goodbye to your money. I has now been 3 weeks and HSBC are yet still failing to communicate on the actions they are taking to return £100 which got stuck in the middle ATM.

Have spent over 30 mins trying urgently to get through to branch. Can only be reached by ringing central number, going through security details and then supposedly being put through. Not happening!! Why can't they have direct phone number to branxh
