I absolutely love the team here, I've been drinking here for over 10 years since it first opened, and the standard, service and cocktails have never slipped. Many times I've tried local cocktails in the area and nothing compares! The bar team namely Kamil and Nico are so talented, and the manager Igor is always so friendly and welcoming. So much so that I've always brought my business meetings here as well as my birthday parties pretty much every year. Nothing quite like a meeting over a cocktail or 2 ?I would highly recommend it ?? thanks for your awesome service guys! And don't forget their amazing happy hour every night from 5pm-8pm. And the mojito and martini night all night on a Thursday, totally worth it!! Food & drinks: The chef Marcello is fabulous and his signature tacos are delicious ? always such a warm welcome from him too such a great team!

The room size and amenities were very good. I have nothing to complain about. But this temperature! I woke up several times during the night from the cold. It was impossible to turn on the heating at night because it was too loud. In the room where I slept, I could hear loud music that was turned on for the garden. At the end of November, no one is sitting in the garden, but yes, in the hotel. Nice service. I have nothing to complain about here. The location is perfect for me because I was on a business trip and the office is nearby. The Internet is a farce. The higher it goes, the more it evaporates. This is a terrible hotel for a business trip, but it will be perfect for partygoers.

Uncomfortable, very loud (even during the week when they don?t have their night club on). The manager was dishonest, rude and incompetent. Is it even a hotel. Avoid this place.Uncomfortable, very noisy (even during the week when they don't have nightclubs). The manager was dishonest, rude, and incompetent. Is this really a hotel? To flee.

The location of the hotel is excellent, two minutes from a train station. Right in the city center. Two minutes to the main street with shops and cafes.Room for two was big enough, room was clean, with kettle and coffee machine. A large wardrobe. Large, clean bathroom. We asked for a quiet place and the room was really quiet.Normal breakfast, coffee, tea as much as you want. Pastries, vegetables, fruits, cereals, eggs. You will not leave hungry. There are no hot meals, but they didn't promise on the website either. Write continental breakfast. Getting to London is quite easy, trains leave every few minutes. Traveling by train is comfortable. Highly recommended, also convenient location, also very reasonable prices.

Don't book this hotel, you'll only be disappointed. Bad service and a very dirty room, where the carpets had a variety of stains of multiple colours. Breakfast tastes like plastic and wasn't ready at the proposed time. Check in took forever.

I stayed at hotel bosco 26-28 august and my overall rating is very good. The room we had was perfectly adequate with plush carpet, comfortable king size bed and excellent en-suite shower. Coffee machine as well as kettle and tea/coffee, iron and ironing board were also present. The room had good air con and triple glazed windows. The only things to improve could possibly be improved breakfast selection and perhaps better tv/channel choice. The location is perfect. Right next door to wetherspoons, and opposite pizza express and dominos!! Also surbiton rail station is a 2 minute walk. Customer service for us was 1st class. Only thing to consider is that Friday/Saturday nights there is loud music from bosco lounge and if you like us are directly above this then even with triple glazed windows it can be heard until 1am. Overall though I was very impressed

One of the better places to stay at while in Surbiton. Conveniently located just off the Surbiton railway station. The reception desk was, unfortunately , unoccupied during Sunday morning. The rooms are clean and about what you expect at this price range. The breakfast buffet is ok, if somewhat basic.

Rooms desperately need a redecoration as very scruffy and dare I say grubby. Lounge and breakfast are very good. Toilet brush lying on the floor under the stairs amongst other junk was a little off putting!

Room was ok, shower was good. We traveled as a group for a wedding, I was charged £200 for a room and my friend had the room next door and paid £120. The staff were mostly not on reception, opened the breakfast room late (breakfast wasn?t available until eight) but it was still not opened on time. Most of my scoring is related to the breakfast? I?m lucky to experience hotel travel globally but never have I been told to cook my own boiled eggs? the selection was very poor for a buffet, minimal variety and lastly the check out experience was 100% impersonal. In fact that word sums the hotel??impersonal?

We were looking forward to staying at this hotel and had checked out the reviews. The room was advertised as having an extra large double bed, which the receptionist then proceeded to tell us was a Kingsize, but not a European Kingsize?! What does that even mean, perhaps he meant it was a Kingsize in the land of Lilliput! The bed was not extra large - just standard. Breakfast was hit or miss depending on whether staff bothered to replenish stock. Day 1 was poor with very limited choice whereas Day 2 was much better. If you are on the second floor don't expect the Wifi to be working in your room. The receptionist said he would reboot the router, but it made no difference. No Wifi and no decent 4G connection either. I would advise packing an extension cable and a spot light! The room plugs are nowhere near the mirror for doing hair etc. and the lighting in the bathroom is shady for makeup and shaving. Overall we were very disappointed - the only upside was a very close location to Surbiton Train station and a great day at Wimbledon Tennis.

Hotel location was excellent. Breakfast was basic but good. All staff were polite and friendly. Rooms were very comfortable, bed firm just how we like it. Rooms cleaned daily to a high standard. We will use this hotel on our next visit

The booking service direct with the hotel online was very straightforward. The car park at Glenmore House was a 3-4 minute walk but there was space outside the hotel if we didn't want to carry our luggage and park the car afterwards. We were lucky enough to check in early and the room was bigger than expected (107) the sink tap in the bathroom was fascinating and the bed must have been good as we slept well. The air conditioning didn't seem up to much but it worked without turning the room into a fridge. As it's on a main road (whichwasn't busy) earplugs were provided but we didn't use them. It was a 25 minute walk from Pryzm in Kingston which was ideal. The breakfast wasn't extensive but more than satisfactory and the latte was lovely. My son was amazed at the egg boiling station and the 3 hourglass egg timer. (When you're there you'll know). All in all a much better stay than expected. Checkout was simple. Thanks to the lad who checked us in. Very informative and helpful.

We had booked 2 nights. The first was a Saturday. The adjoined lounge had loud bass music playing. We enquired how long it would be like this at 10.30pm. 1am they turn that music off. We felt sick, did not stay a 2nd night. Horrendous
