Lady who served me this morning was very helpful. Perfect example of good service. Did however get my order wrong and the bacon was closer to jerky.

seems to be that the servers there don?t understand the importance of speed and efficiency during rush hour, ended up missing my bus since the lady at the front took her sweet time serving one customer in front of me and jibber jabbering trying to get him to buy a decaf tea when he clearly wasn?t interested in having one. food also came out cold but it?s always a hit and miss so i can?t blame them for that.

Went into Greg's in Surbiton to claim my free slice of pizza and buy a coffee. Despite being the only person in there I was left waiting for service. Once I was being served I couldn't understand/hear what the server was saying. Food nice. Coffee niceWon't bother in future.. plenty of good places in Surbiton
