Update: Manager phoned the following morning to apologise and offer a credit note. Said the problem is with Uber Eats (several similar complaints in last week) and suggested customers only order directly from Domino's not through Uber.
Utter RIP-off. Charged my 15-year-old daughter £32.00 for one small 9" pizza and one dip. Disgusting. Would give them zero stars but 1 is the lowest.

Dominoes is delicious! The chain itself has many positives and negatives,, which I'll list at the bottom of this review...
This particular shop is well staffed, tidy and clean. The shop is open very late and their driver delivery service is top-notch.
As for the dominoes chain, their prices are extortionate, despite their amazing tasting pizzas. I heavily suggest you ONLY go for pizza collection + a discount deal together.

Had an issue with my order on 12/01 which resulting in missing my train. However I was blown away by the exceptional service provided by Gary in resolving the issue. Things will and do go wrong at times in business but what counts is how you resolve it for you customers. Great job Dominos Tolworth.

Disgraceful service. Wrong food sent, claimed they tried to contact us when they clearly hadn?t and the driver called lost, and took a further 30 minutes to find us (our house is 200 yards from the store). Refusal to refund for poor quality food and awful service. Would not recommend any less.
