Roasted Hazel Hot chocolate was so delicious. Nice, polite staff. Longer opening hours than a few other Costas.

The shop was quite busy when I came in yesterday the queue was a bit long. The drink though came quick and it was a good iced vanilla latte. I also bought a banana loaf and had and cheese toastie. I had to wait a bit longer for the sandwich. Otherwise good service.

I used to take my kids there all the time when they were little and it was fab. Unfortunately my recent solo trip when I was back in the area was not impressive. Lady serving me was rude and unprofessional. We all have our bad days but speaking to a friend who lives there still, she said she'd encountered the same with a member of female staff.

This shop seems to be very busy on weekends, which is not a surprise in this area. We were lucky to find a table without a long waiting queue. There is no outdoor seating, but it was not an option anyway on a snowy day. Still lovely Costa coffee and decent deserts so no complaints
