I ordered some hot chocolates and they were not nice. It was very light warm and not even thick how a hot chocolate should be. It was like someone just got some chocolate powder and threw in I milk quickly mixed it and lightly heated it in a microwave.
The place was clean and shiny though and the man who served me was friendly.

Had massive ??cappacino and sat outside in the ? ??. Delish coffee. Clean and tidy cafe. Toilets ? are very clean . Code access on purchase only. Remember to buy something if you want to enjoy the facilities. ?

Absolutely disgusted by the appalling service and attitude of the lady server. A poor man was refused access to the toilet to sort out his poor child who had had an accident because you have to have a code for the toilet and it?s only available to customers on the end of their receipt. Absolutely no compassion or humanity.

Disgusting costa iced whipped late and found a clump of powder at the bottom of my drink couldn't taste it basically milky water, toilets were always unhygenic and disgusting please avoid and non experienced ''Baristas''

They have terry hot chocolate what is fantastic and it out of season
Ask for some napkid and got bit of a snappy answer of i cant get them rn im buzy ask someone the other guy... wasnt asking for rn was happy to wait didnt think much of the quity of the worker maybe they over work

Really disappointed with their service this morning. We visit this branch of Costa from time to time and never had a problem.
Today it seems like there is a brand new team working there. The staff serving us were rude and not helpful. They don?t seem to know what they were doing. Now I don?t want go back there again. It?s such a shame.
