“the store is massively under-stocked what happened! they are very understaffed - however, the young lady (by the name of Erica i think i recall) at the till was lovely despite being under a lot of pressure. she had a whole line of 5 or more customers waiting and attended to them quickly and with a smile on her face. she didnt hesitate to run about the store to find things people needed which is very kind.i have been a long standing customer of this boots for more than 6 years now and this was the best service i have received!”
