We started using Cook when we walked by the store and wondered what they served. After a bit more perusal and investigation, we figured it out and thought to try it.
The food is good. Let's simply start there - they tested how the dishes will cook and their instructions are spot on perfect. There is a huge variety, flexible sizes (for teenagers who eat portions for two!) and all frozen so my busy family can serve themselves. The kids love it as they can have a 'snack' often and can have different flavours and dishes.
Pricing wise - they often have some decent promotions available but even then, it is not expensive for what it is. We have to try their bigger meals but for now, we have made this part of our weekly family shop with a drawer in our large freezer dedicated to Cook items.
Finally - love what they represent socially - giving people a chance to build lives again - and contributing to society - inspiring and we love supporting them.

I have purchased for the very first time COOK?S Christmas lunch for 12. As it?s only 8.30 am on Christmas morning we haven?t eaten it yet so that review will come later!
This is about the service from Cook, which has been absolutely excellent.
It was super easy to buy and just as hassle free to add to the order any time until the cut off date which was around 18th December for a 22nd December delivery.
Email updates were efficient and then I got a really lovely call from the shop 2/3 days before delivery.
There was originally a 4 hour time slot which was whittled down to 1 hour, so that was perfect.
It was then delivered to my daughter by Lianne on time in 2 huge COOK bags, all perfectly packed with instruction plus a download instruction detailing the exact times for cooking/reheating everything.
So thank you COOK of Surbiton.
Also payment wasn?t taken until just before delivery, that?s a first for me and a very nice touch.

Lovely store atmosphere and lots of interesting choices. The frozen cakes are delicious! Have tried the carrot cake and chocolate cake!
The staff are wonderful and welcoming!

Very nicely laid out cafe and delicious croissants - almond for Sharon and nutella for me. Good flat white coffees too. Right on the end of the high st.

Walked past this place for the last year thinking 'frozen food?, nah, you're ok.' Decided to go in on a whim today. Looked round and was quite impressed with the range and ingredients of the meals. So....I bought a King Prawn Linguini and can honestly say it was the best ive ever had. They promise a 'home-cooked experience' with their food and they certainly delivered on that promise. It was amazing. I can't wait to go back and try more dishes.

Another AMAZING brunch - best food and coffee in Surbiton. Delicious food to eat in but also we are regulars for their Nutella croissants for take away - can?t beat them. Friendly service, lovely decor 10/10.
