Thank you for looking after my grandmother so well. I heard that her carers are on top of all her medication and even discovered a GP prescribing error, they are on time and really make an effort to keep her as independent as possible. They are patient with her and always leave her with a smile on her face. Thank you for everything that you do.

My mum was reluctant to get help from carers. The director was very helpful, patient and kind. She made my mum feel like it was her decision and that there was no pressure. My mum felt in the driver's seat and finally agreed. She loves her carer and now wants more care visits. Thank you for being so kind.

I started working for Comfort Care at Home around 1 year ago. It was a pleasure working and being part of the family. Everyone is treated with respect and is appreciated for their effort and compassion for the job. I was very pleased and very thankful that on my last day of work I received a very thoughtful gift from the staff for my baby girl.I couldn't recommend more Comfort Care at Home for people that are very compassionate for caring.

I joined Comfort Care At Home in October 2020. I was new to care and received excellent training and support. The director encouraged me to pursue an NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care, which I completed in 2022. I was promoted to Senior Carer and have taken on more responsibility. I have learnt so much over the last two years. We all work as a family. We are all valued for the work that we do and the lives that we change. Last week, the director organised a private tour of the Chamber of the Mayor of The Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames as well as an afternoon tea that he hosted. She prepared and framed a Certificate of Appreciation that the Mayor signed and handed to us individually along with a gift that she bought. She always goes above and beyond. I am grateful to have found this company.

I 100% recommend working for Comfort Care At Home. They really do work as a family and management is always present. We get paid on time (every four weeks on the dot) and the chance to progress our careers is the cherry on top!

My great aunt received care from Comfort Care at Home after the passing of her husband. She always spoke so highly of the care that she received and the owner who stayed in the loop when she was hospitalized. When my mother went to visit, she was so happy to see how knowledgeable and attentive Charlotte, the carer was to my her aunt and her physical and social needs. They brought us all peace of mind we are grateful!

My sister and I are so grateful to have found this company. My mother really looked forward to her twice weekly visits from the lovely women who cared for her in the few months before she passed away. I firmly believe they improved her quality of life and dignity, and were excellent at communicating with us on all aspects of her care.
