am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had today at your establishment. I am a regular customer who visits frequently and spends between £40 and £50 almost daily at your restaurant. Unfortunately, the level of service I received today was completely unacceptable.
I placed my food order at 12:30 PM and arrived at the restaurant at 1:30 PM ? a full hour later ? expecting it to be ready. When I asked for my order, the staff member working at the front desk, who was handling customer service, responded with a dismissive attitude and told me it would be ready in 5 more minutes.
I waited patiently, but after nearly 20 more minutes, I approached him again and was told the food was still not ready, without any apology or proper explanation. His tone was rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in respect for me as a paying customer.
As someone who supports your business regularly, I find this behavior deeply disappointing. Your staff should reflect the values of customer care and professionalism ? especially towards loyal customers. This experience has made me reconsider whether I will continue to come back.
I kindly request that you address this issue internally, speak with the staff member involved, and ensure that this kind of behavior does not continue. I would appreciate a response and some assurance that my complaint has been taken seriously.

I usually do take away from this place, mainly chicken grill wrap. This time the two person working today weren?t the same usual cooks. They didn?t use fresh chicken meat, hard to bite? old chicken meat, probably from few hours to a day old. It is not okay to do? I have posted photos.

I usually order here in chickenland and i really like their food. But I ordered grilled wings last night. And what they served me is a recycled fried chicken that they grilled. Please retrain your cook and server that thats not how you do grilled wings

I am a regular customer of this.I ordered some Piri Piri chickens and fries and the fries is not cooked well.I complained the same problem before but is it the careless or not proper responsible for customer service.Very Disappointed.

The young man working in there tonight was rather rude and not customer friendly ? looked like he didn't even want to be there... disappointed me even more when I asked if he could put my fries in a small box rather than the usual paper bag just so it doesn't go everywhere whilst i am driving and point blank he refused, saying the box cost 30p and papar bags cost 10p all with an attitude... I will definitely be going to KFC next time, which is only 2 doors down and getter better service.
