“I booked an MOT on short notice. Once I arrived they asked if I wanted to wait, which I said I would, and plonked down on the (very comfy) leather sofa in their warm waiting area. I had my car back within an hour and left, not realising I forgot my water bottle behind. One of the staff did notice however and ran after me and caught me just as I was turning into the road. Very happy customer and will return for future MOT's etc.”
