I have used Mail Boxes Etc. Streatham twice this year, concerning unusual transportations, and have found their services to be very helpful indeed - prompt, efficient, reliable and fair-priced, and am happy to commend their office-service to all-comers. HCS.

0 customer service man at till has no clue what he is doing .I got overcharged by £4 and was being pressured into sending with this shop when I tried to leave he repeatedly insisted for me to send with him .I was only meant to be paying for a box then got charged so much more.

Excellent service. I use Mail Boxes Etc for scanning and printing of documents, and for posting parcels. They are great. Highly recommended!

I asked how much to post a small card special and was told £11. I mean that seems crazy. I asked about 1st class as was told next day not guaranteed which is fine. But I just felt like he didn't want to be there at all, or help/ serve me at all. No happy greeting, vibe or smile unfortunately. I'm finding this alot in Streatham atm. So much for treating eachother better after covid lessons.

Terrible service. My elderly Aunt got overcharged by £5 to post a large letter special delivery. She took it into the shop at 2.40pm but they never processed it until 5.55pm which meant my letter never arrived the next day but it took 2 days!!!Avoid this place!!!!!

What a money grabbing set up with no actual customer service. A customer needs to have full information given if a package is to be sent overseas. Sent a letter Saturday to be sent on Monday. Was told will arrive Tuesday. It?s Wednesday and still waiting. Payed £50 for the service and honestly should have just gone to Royal Mail who use parcelforce not this unprofessional set up. When I said I will be taking future business elsewhere, his level of customer service was ?well that?s ok?Poor poor poor. Avoid.

This is a great locally run business. My wife and I have had fantastic experiences here, always a professional service and very friendly too. It's been a lifeline for us while we've been adjusting to working from home during the pandemic.

I can't believe that they have yet fire this employee that everyone is talking about here. He has this super degrading tone when I'm just asking about certain delivery topic which I obviously don't know, that's why I'm using your service otherwise I'd LOVE to do it by myself than having to put up with your condescending attitude.Secondly, on that day I just forgot my wallet at home so I ran real quick back home (probably just 5 mins or so), came in and he literally told another customer in a mockery tone. Excuse me but last time I check, you have no business in telling other people what happened to me because it's an evasion of privacy and just plain rude.Absolutely ridiculous!

For having ?Mail Boxes? in their name, the selection of about three different sizes is laughable. Also their door said ?maximum of 2 customers at once, mask is mandatory? and seeing the staff ignore it outright during times like these is incredibly mind-boggling. Please avoid. There is a WH Smith just about 3 minutes of walking from there. Bigger selection. Also friendlier staff. Also accepts postage.

Avoid.Agreed with other comments here about the rudeness of the man behind the counter.Moreover, they try to charge you £4 to "process" a pre-paid FedEx package. I told my retailer (who I was returning an item to) and you can just schedule a free pick-up with FedEx instead. Quicker, more efficient, free and - crucially - no need to interact with the staff in this shop.

Terrible and patronizing attitude from the gentleman in the store. Went to send a prepaid FedEx parcel and was constantly belittled about supposed missing documents (despite having everything that was sent to me). I asked how I could get the alleged missing documents and never got a proper answer.After being berated for a few minutes, he begrudgingly accepted the parcel and according to my tracker ID, the parcel is currently at the airport on its way to be sent.If I ever need to send anything via FedEx again, I'll definitely go elsewhere.
