This is very disturbing I had an account with Halifax I always send my partner to the bank never had a problem at all event the costumer service told me that it is okay if she goes there to put cash into my account but they keep stopping her at the bank from doing it even she has been doing this for at listings 5 years !!!!

I just wanted to express my deepest thanks for the intelligent help, care and kindness I received from Paulette this morning. She gave me over half an hour of her time to unknot my online banking problems, and made sure I understood what I had to do in future by writing it down. She represents the very best of what the Halifax offers.

Waiting in queue... only one person at help and advice...
What a bad experience and I am supposed to be a premier customer. No tillers but one did come in and left very quickly..
When the person/helper was free to assist she called me over.
In order to open an edge account I was told I had to go back to santander to get their sort code to open an account.
All this waiting and still I have to go back with information... Are you really replacing humans with computers? !!!

Bad customer service. After waiting for ages even though I was the only person in the queue I was told they can?t set up a junior isa in branch but apparently I can at home. If a bank employee in branch can?t do it, how come I can do it at home?

Had an issue with my credit card application and had to visit the branch. The moment I entered everyone was smiling and I met Veronica. She helped me a lot, had a call with customer service and waited with me until my issue was resolved. Had an amazing customer service experience and everything was sorted out.

Came to the branch today(8/11/22) to carry out some work.The lady greeting people on entry was friendly and helpful.While carrying out my work, I could hear her helping customers with whatever queries they had.She was helpful, knowledgeable, & generally a credit to the bank.I wish I had taken her name.But, I just wanted to say thank you for being so cheerful & friendly.

someone should teach the ladies at the front desk that they are working in the bank, and they are not at their house to allow themselves to shout and laugh disrespectfully at the people in line..and in silence.

Really bad service???? I visited today for my bank statement to print and no one on reception. I waited almost 30 minutes just to print my bank statement.Less staff if 1 person busy atleast you have 2nd person..
