Cashier up front was super kind and helpful. Helped me grab all the pieces and parts I needed and also helped find parts that weren't on display. Great customer service.

Became very annoyed as two stupid men were arguing about football ?? wouldn't mind but they disrupted my conversation with the assistant who was very patient.? The shop is well set out, and items are easy to find.

Does what it says on the tin.Trade or buy, lots of games, DVD, and gadgets....They are refreshing the stock quite often, so its always worth a browseIts generally well stocked and the staff know their stuff. Can get busy at times though.

The employees were rude. Went to Cash Converters and got a much better deal on top of polite behaviour.Wouldn't recommend Cex.

Everytime I'm there I'm waiting ages to be served . No matter how many customers they got, how busy it is , the staff always seems to have something to chat about between them. Not too nice, sorry folks.
