My recent PS5 purchase at CeX was unfortunately a very negative experience. The customer service was unhelpful, and one particular staff member was downright rude, making the entire transaction feel unsupportive.

Went in to get a second hand kindle, but when I got home and started to set it up, it didn?t let me as the device had been reported as stolen. I went back and got a refund, everyone in the shop was very nice about the whole thing, but they still sold me a stolen kindle.

Lovely staff and very helpful people ?? I always visit and pop in every time I pass by them. Easy to exchange games, buy used phones or if anything goes wrong they help as much as they can. Good people and senior staff. 10/10

Only two stars for this review and those go solely to the staff member that dealt with me ( Precious) who was excellent! I Bought an Nvidia RTX 2080 super from this store only to go home to find it was faulty and would send all the fans into overdrive and cut out all image from the screen when any game is started and the gpu is actually in use, obviously a thermal issue which if tested properly would have been identified immediately! I then had to spend my time and money to drive to the Hammersmith store the following morning (Sunday 28th) to get an exchange as that store was the closest to my home location with that graphics card in stock which in fact is not close, will not be using the Streatham Store again!

Went to this store to buy a Nintendo Switch, I felt like the staff member was profiling me like I was going to run out of the shop with the item. All I wanted to do was have a closer look at the Switch contents and console. I had to to ask him more then twice for him to come round the counter even then he made me feel very uncomfortable and like a thief. I will never go to any CEX again! CEX needs to train it's staff!! Don't assume everyone is a thief!!
