Walked in at 5pm and was told leave as they were closing! Says 7.45pm online. Assistant was very rude.
Walk past this store everyday and it's hot or miss whether it's open or not. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere more reliable

The afternoon staff member?s service was truly outstanding. When I wanted to buy a Costa coffee, the price label clearly showed £2.49, but at the checkout, the machine showed £2.79. When I asked the staff about the price difference, she simply waved her hand and said, ?I don't know anything about the price.? I found her service incredibly helpful and informative truly grateful for her presence.

I've just been to this WHSmith just to get a meal deal. Didn't realise they had extortionate prices on meal deals at lunchtime. I was charged £5.99 in total for a tuna sandwich, a bottle of ribena and a packet of walkers crisps. They simply ripped me off today! Unbelievable!! I was short of time therefore I couldn't pop by to a Sainsbury's where I always get my good deal meals. WHSmith, you need to please sort out your unfair, very high prices and your sandwiches didn't taste any better than rest of the supermarkets.

Very rude cashier. I came in at 2.50pm on a Tuesday and I had to wait a long time while she did her inventory checks. She was very dismissive when asked for help.

I wanted to purchase 2 pepsi max electric and being I don't want to use self service as I wanted a bag to put my 2 pepsi max in.
The blonde hair woman with a foreign accent did not serve me as she was busy putting drinks in the drink cabinet as she said that she's busy with her stroppy behaviour.
As I'm a former checkout assistant, you must serve a customer, no matter if the member of staff is shelf filling, rotating the stock, etc, the member of staff must attend to the customer to serve.
But unfortunately she was so rude to me with her East European accent as I'm so disgusted of her behaviour as she needs to sort her manners out.
If you see her in WH Smith.
Please avoid her as she might be rude to you.

Would like to know how much a packet of JPS Real Blue cigarettes are ? Went in yesterday and got a packet and a bottle of Pepsi Max and was charged over £21!!! Either I've been done over or the cigarettes are hideously overpriced?? A packet of these usually costs £13-£14.

No dogs allowed, guy was pretty rude about it and provided no explanation as to why,
Just keep gesturing toward the door,
Pretty ridiculous as dogs are allowed all over the station and I?ve even seen pigeons wander into this store as it?s an open unit.

My pet hate is the staff talking to each when I?m wanting to pay ,
I had to interrupt them and ask to be served ,
She served me whilst continuing to talk to her colleague and then made a mistake with my purchase ,

I like the station but worried about which train I have to sit as nothing is mentioned on my ticket . Does any one have same problem like I?m facing ?It is very hard to understand the directions given in the mall as the arrows don?t show direct paths and can be confusing. Always shut massively early. On the majority of evenings the store is shut by 17:30, despite the advertised time being 19:45. No sign to explain.
