I like the station but worried about which train I have to sit as nothing is mentioned on my ticket . Does any one have same problem like I?m facing ?It is very hard to understand the directions given in the mall as the arrows don?t show direct paths and can be confusing. Does anyone facing same issues like I?m?

Always shut massively early. On the majority of evenings the store is shut by 17:30, despite the advertised time being 19:45. No sign to explain.

2 hours till closing time. Shut early and staff clearly went home! They don't even need to be there half the time, the tills automated. Yet they shut the door before buggering off!

Worst customer service ever. I came to return two items and was spoken to in a rude manner by a man named Paul. I was being served at the till by a woman and told her I did not have the card I had paid with. I was not aware this was necessary in order for a return to be processed. To be frank, she had no clue what to do whenever I said something and was constantly asking 'Paul' for assistance. He was speaking to me from another till in a loud and disruptive manner, as if I was going to respond in the same way. His abrasive attitude and poor customer service has put me off from ever returning to this store. And by the way, many stores process returns to the original payment card online, without the customer needing to bring it with them. So do the job of educating customers nicely about why your store is still stuck in 2010 and can't facilitate this.

Clueless Asian woman with dhl returns. Dhl returns are very new to me and an asian woman I don?t know her name she asked me for an account number when is was on the front of the parcel and she said she couldn?t process the return without it. I went home and contacted them (dhl) and they told me the account number was right there on the parcel which I didn?t know before. Maybe it?s an excuse to not return my parcel because if you are doing dhl return you should know where it is and now I?ll have to return it again. Waste of time. I will be taking this further if there?s anymore problem. I wonder what?s going to be the excuse the next time that I visit.

If I could no stars I would. Long queue to use automated till. Staff member just stand there and doesn't jump on the till. Never opens on time. Staff are always rude and unhelpful

Over-priced and some terrible customer service. One particular member of staff does not know the meaning of the word manners and will just give you dirty looks and attitude.
