The worst subway experience, completely spoiled my sandwich, never going to go back again. The package was really bad, they didn?t even showed the interest to pack the sandwich properly, just as I open my sandwich all the veggies fell down sauce is all over the packaging, the didn?t even close the sandwich after putting sauce. Seriously feld disappointed after looking at sandwich, really mad, took my intrest of eating food away.

Behaviour was not good with the customer by staff. I visit yesterday in lunch time one of the lady stuff she told us to pay first before making our sub and also we pay but after that I can see the other customer they are not paying first why?
Every customers are not thief also we are visiting to many time and also I remember one incident which is the staff are not changing thier gloves after making a nonveg sub I told the same manager before who is working today.
So please teach your staff about how to communicate with customer and customer service...

I visited this Subway on 9th February and had an unfortunate experience. While paying, the staff member told me that the payment didn?t go through and asked me to pay again. She used a different payment device to process the second transaction. Later, I realized I was charged twice. I?m not sure whether it was a mistake made by the staff or an issue with the machine, but either way, I ended up paying for the same order twice.
I wasn?t able to go back and get a refund because I was the last customer of the day, and the whole experience was very frustrating. I would never recommend this location to anyone based on my experience. If it was a machine error, they should have handled it better, but the lack of acknowledgment and the inconvenience I faced makes this a very disappointing visit.

So went to this subway with one of my friend there was one girl who was making food and I think she is Asian she was very to me and also she was not making the food properly it was seem like she was lazy and she was not bothered to make a good food and every time I asked her for a something extra she was looking at me up and down and at the end I asked for a vegan cheese she was asking me to pay for it and I don?t why I normally go to a lot of subway but they never ask me to charge extra for vegan cheese and I think she get fired for not giving good service to customers.
I will say they bring a good server to represent the subway brand as a good not as bad brand.
When I said I want extra cheese she start talking in different languages with another lady colleague and I think the language were Indian.

Dont eat here as health perspective.
Worst sub ever I tried.
They did not change gloves after serving meat . So not good for vegetarians.
Sub is too cold and they give only 4 choice on veggies.

i went there twice and at first visit, i did not want to leave a review than after second visit i realized that it is very bad and i had to leave a review, where to start, very poorly trained service, rude service, rude attitude towards customers, very ignorant workers, people who hate their jobs and hate customers..????? i can not recommend this place to my worse enemy, twice i lost 15 minutes trying to explain that i did not want certain item i the sandwich but they will not have it, so in the end i asked for egg and cheese paid £5.88, i could not get the cheaper meal deal, i could not get any servers to exclude the sausage out of meal deal sandwich, they will not budge...?? i mean any one with sense would say ok, you are not adding but excluding the item, so it is ok, but not subway servers and they went almost abusive, i thought they will throw a knives at me any second now, i am not joking, shame i love subway and it is good service if you look at my other reviews, but they are all outside london subways, young guys happy to serve, smiling and cracking a joke..?? stratford subway felt like out of horror movie.

I just left there now, I was on the queue. Then these guys walked in to ask for the platter. They were two servers on the till. I was waiting for the other one. To serve me, only for one of the servers to ask me to wait for 10more minutes because he has to attend to the guys that met me on the queue. I told him I came first and he said because it?s a large order he has to attend to them first! I felt really bad because this has never happened to me anywhere before. It?s meant to be first come first serve considering the fact that I waited my turn only to be turned down! I had to leave because that was ridiculous. You need to train your staff on customer service! I will never go there again.

Went for lunch and was served by a male staff member who was extremely rude and lacked any customer service skills. He was unprofessional and couldn?t even make a basic sub properly. The sandwich fell apart and was completely inedible. It was clear he wasn?t using the equipment correctly, which made the whole experience feel unsafe. This store is seriously bad and needs to be investigated for the safety of others. Don?t bother going there and risk having the same terrible experience.
