Very happy with the service I?ve received. William, who was helping me in picking out the best glasses for me, went through each step in detail and answered all my questions with clear communication. He used a good level of eye contact and was very approachable. I was really impressed!

Not very happy at all with the service received today by ?awa? I believe that was her name, a representative and face of Specsavers opticians,I just walked in to enquire about switching over my opticians to specsavers and am still in complete shock at the lack of interest , care or attentiveness of this worker, AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS.I would have thought that switching over to specsavers would be in the companies best interest, I was met with complete disinterest and the feeling that I was wasting they?re time.I understand it?s a busy location but that shouldn?t mean terrible service and I can?t understand how management allow people like that to work a floor ?

I go every 2 years for eye test and they are amazing. Good customer service. Pity the choice of frames is very poor. No nice brands like Gucci or Tom Ford.

They gave me a wrong eye prescription. Ended up wasting >£200 on lenses that did not resolve my vision issues. Seeing the other complaints here this place needs to be shut down and get a hefty fine.

On my first visit I was approached with great customer service,The appointments were running on time,Special thanks to Optometrist #AISHWARYA,,who performed my Eye test,She is very Knowledgeable, Calm and Composed.The team were friendly and chatty,It's really wonderful experience.

Met a great Optition called Eva, she was very professional and understood my needs.& requirements, my eyes are quite bad, so I was very nervous, all other staff were very helpful and supportive. Great store to attend for an eye test

(Buyers beware, avoid this place) untrained staff , that will make multiple errors that will make you do the run around for months to get your glasses , Cheap tacky looking glasses that are way overpriced that come apart easily due to weak adhesive bond and you wont get a replacement through their warranty, and they will literally tell you to buy a new pair as an alternative option,as most complaints will go through the manager Linda , that puts the same amount of care into her diet as she does with her customer service , she will go out of her way to try and not keep customer satisfaction as a priority , as shes the type to ring a bell for someone to get her a diet coke from the fridge , backed up by her enabling goons the spineless directors and blind specialist , main reason why this branch has low rating, remember to bribe her with a happy meal if you want anything sorted as she won?t be very pleased and look miserable when you have a problem

I visited this branch yesterday I was on a day out when one of the notepads on my glasses broke making them unwearable. After having tried several opticians, who either didn?t have the right pads or would nt touch them as they were not their own glasses , Specsavers broadway replaced both pads, no questions asked and FREE of charge!!!!! My glasses are now more comfortable than they were before!! Wonderful service incredibly rare these days !Unfortunately I can?t remember the gentleman?s name who carried out the replacement only that he was on the front desk at about 3pm - I hope this narrows it down enough to pass on my sincere appreciation! Thank you so much for saving the day !!!

Today I attended an appointment for my son. Whilst his test went well and the optician who did his test was wonderful, I was shocked to see the level of customer service delivered by the store ?manager? Linda. I witnessed her belittling customers, dictating where all her staff should go and what they need to do in a way that I for one would feel so undermined. She would speak to people LOUD enough for everyone to hear in a very passive and patronising way. Very uncomfortable for all to hear and witness. Yes, the store was busy and there will be people approaching the ?manager? with complaints or even requests that maybe they can not provide/honour but that does not excuse her condescending tone and the manner in which she dealt with people.

Pathetic service! I recommend nobody to go here! I lost my £25 on a sight test. I was given a wrong prescription. My request for refund has been declined saying the difference in the powers shown in the test done by them and other optician are not so much. I wonder how they could call themselves eye specialists.. It was clearly 0.5 difference and I had headache and eye pain due to this. Such disgusting service. Really disappointed. I would never ever visit another specsaver again!
