This was my first visit to this branch today as I needed to transfer some sums of money. Was expertly assisted by Hafsa and Asma, who were most professional and helpful. It was a refreshing change to encounter staff who went above and beyond to help. I look forward to my next visit.

As a new international student who just came to London and knew nothing about the banking system, i found this Lloyds branch really efficient, especially a very kind manager (Ms. Towlie) who has always been very professional, supportive and helpful.

I never recommend to anyone to visit this branch. There were 15 people in the queue. I had to wait half an hour but the queue did not move. When I approached one of tge staff membsr I was told only to wait if I want to be serviced.

I recently visited a Lloyds Bank branch to make a cash withdrawal, and unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience. The cashier who assisted me an older lady who I believe was from Bangladesh was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping me in a respectful manner, she behaved in a dismissive and unfriendly way, which made the entire process uncomfortable and stressful. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy. This kind of behavior is not acceptable, especially from staff representing a major bank like Lloyds. I hope the management at Stratford Broadway takes this seriously and ensures better customer service in the future.

Employees are not knowledgeable at all. Please train your employees so that they stop asking their colleagues how to do simple stuff. Waiting time is insane

I have spent an hour ( 1st July 25 , 10 to 11 am ) in a queue , ONLY, to be LIED to , by a black lady , that my application has been cancelled?! Shame on you, extremely disappointed and saddened ( complaint ref -NCR 997172 )

It was a terrible experience today when I went to Lloyds bank at 2:30pm for cash withdrawal. The lady in the cash counter was really rude and didn't know how to count cash. She made a mistake calculating cash 10 to 20 times. When I saw she did not know how to make a basic calculation, I wondered how they could sit at the cash counter. 1st standard kids more better than those staffs at counter.
