My experience with EE has been very disappointing.
I had a complicated situation involving the loss and repair of my phone, during which I started a new contract. The manager, Ali, never informed me that I could cancel an unnecessary contract or remove extra services, and gave no professional advice on how to do so. As a result, I am still paying for two contracts and two insurances, even though I no longer need one of the phones.
I believe staff should inform customers about all available options to avoid unnecessary costs.

Appointment at 12pm and after 30min still waiting to be seen... regardless there are clerks walking around with hands in their pockets. No update on how long more I should wait.

Very bad experience.
Today visit this store but staff were very rude and disrespectful.
Even manager said very rudely I?m the manager.He was don?t know how to speak with customers.
Manager was more rude rather than staff.
Requesting to EE management please check who?s responsible in this store.Because manager is not.
At least they have to know how speak with customers.
Not visiting this store again.
Please don?t waste your time to visit this store. You will disappointed.

I will never go back to that store again because of the poor management and a bad customer service, their body language is bad after the service I received from two weeks ago from the rude staff members and a rude manager they really need to do better and need a lot of customer service training and be mindful who they speak to customers
