The customer service at this store is extremely poor. I have made several purchases recently, and unfortunately, in every experience I noticed a lack of professionalism and willingness to assist customers.
On my first visit, in the Dior makeup section, I spent a considerable amount of money, but the sales assistant did not even bother to test the correct shade for my skin. She showed no interest in explaining the products or offering any guidance. Instead, I had to insist, ask for the right shades myself, and even suggest which products she should look for so that I could make my purchase. Her attitude was completely unhelpful and careless.
On another day, in the pharmacy section, I experienced the same type of poor service. The staff member refused to look for an alternative medication simply because it was not immediately visible on the shelf behind them. Once again, it was clear that there was no willingness to help.
Overall, the service at this store is very disappointing, showing a serious lack of professionalism and customer care. I sincerely hope that the store management addresses these issues and invests in proper training for their staff.

Be careful when buying baby food. This morning I bought two packs of this brand, and when I got home I read that it expired more than a month ago. Luckily, I hadn't given it to my son yet. I will never buy anything from this store again.

Review for Boots Stratford ? Hasib & Amy
I had a fantastic experience at Boots Stratford today, thanks to two amazing team members ? Hasib and Amy.
Hasib was serving at the till and made the checkout process smooth, quick, and friendly. He was polite, calm, and very professional, even during a busy time. His kind attitude and respectful approach really stood out and left a great impression on me.
Amy was also at the till, and when I mentioned that one of the items I needed wasn?t available on the shop floor, she didn?t hesitate to help. She kindly offered to check the stock room and returned with the item, which I truly appreciated. Her extra effort and willingness to go beyond her role showed genuine care for customers.
Thank you so much to both Hasib and Amy ? you made my visit so much more pleasant and stress-free. Boots is lucky to have such thoughtful and helpful staff! ?????

Please please stop this For God sake Boots in startford Mall Not everyone walk into store are shop lefters cannot belive went in to buy vitamins can't find it what i was looking for took me bit to find it and it was the last one on selfh right at the end they should filled it instaed of thinking of me stealing from a shop i run a shop in startford from last 15 years never had this feeling else security guard looking at talking to lady haveing a laugh unbelivebale

Appalling behaviour from the security guard. It is clear that racial profiling is being used as the security guard dressed in the suit is only following one clear demographic. A word of advice, why don?t you focus on doing your job instead of abandoning the store to follow one innocent customer around the store who has paid for their items?

I recently entered the store and some tag from an item I got in another store activated the gate (funnily enough, it was de-magnetized in the original store and didn?t activate the original gate). Not only did the security guard in what looked like a bulletproof vest instantly jumped at me started going through my shopping from another store without permissions (items were paid for and the receipts were in the bag), he then followed me around the store as I started picking the items I needed, as if convinced that if the item from another store beeped, that must mean I will steal something there. Few weeks back I saw the same security guys uncomfortably followed someone who got really annoyed by the suspicion and got vocal for the fact they wouldn?t leave him alone. I understand the times are tough but the scrutiny really makes you not want to shop at Boots any more at all!

Honestly speaking all the negative reviews are the most genuine. The staff remains unqualified with a zero level of English language and selective on their service, only offering it to people who speak their same language. Rude, no empathy for anyone including the elderly and unable to give advice or information on any of their products overall, farmacy included. Half of their shelves are empty as well, and it would be better if they closed for good. Avoid at all costs and if you try to reach to menagment for any type of complaints they just provide a generic answer with a phone number where is impossible to speak to anyone

Boots Stratford! Terrible service. Superdrug is 100 time better.
I went in and asked for men?s cologne - I was directed to the men?s toiletries (not cologne) section. I mean, you got to train your staff.
Then when I found the cologne section, the staff were too busy having a chat amongst themselves to serve me.
Went to spend my money in Superdrug instead!

The rudest most racist staff can be found in this particular boots. I have been a costumer of this boots for more than one year now, and I am appalled by the very poor and selective service of the staff. I had the misfortune of witnessing the short hijabi staff member, completely ignoring all costumers except for people who she could communicate in her own language. Poor English level and very rude costumer service overall. Unable to assist with the smallest inquiries such as recommending or answering questions about different products. Mean and rude overall,someone should take serious steps towards fixing the issue as this is unacceptable behavior. Avoid!

I?ve been coming here to collect my medicine for over 1 year. pharmacy staff are rude, unhappy and grumpy, they never prepare the prescriptions in advance. My prescriptions arrive 2/4 days prior and when I come to collect they always are angry say to come back the next day. Super unorganised. This happens every single month for my regular prescriptions.

My wife, studying abroad and sick with bronchitis, came to this Boots to fill a prescription for a steroidal inhaler, and was treated SO poorly by one lady staff member, it makes me question my faith in humanity.. No compassion, no empathy, 100% mean girl.. my wife was told by the doctor, she had to pay to see on a Sunday btw, that she should also get an atomizing chamber with the inhaler, and the lady at the Boots was SO unkind bordering on cruel, demanding my wife return to the doctor (which was 45 minutes away on the tube) and get ANOTHER prescription for the plastic chamber you attach to the inhaler. not another drug prescription?. A prescription for a piece of plastic? my dear, voiceless(due to the bronchitis), wife was in literal tears in the mall, at the hands of this tyrannical frump? After 10 minutes of arguing her point with this mean girl, another employee came over and said ?just sell her the atomizing chamber??. Thank goodness for this other lady.. I?ve never been more upset at a distance at any place of business.. don?t go here.. Boots in Stratford city mall is terrible
