Was very frustrated a kind young gentleman name luqman a personal banker put me at ease as I had a bad experience at the Walthamstow branch..they were not helpful and basically said to go home and register at home...Luqman took the time to help me wasn't a issue for him polite ? you need more staff members like him you can learn from him...it's that customer care that matters before profit

Had a frustrating time at Barclays Stratford. Long wait times, not enough staff, and when I finally got seen, the help was rushed and unhelpful. Left feeling like a number rather than a customer. Definitely room for improvement.

I was really impressed with the bank, as I was a victim of scam on instagram and the scammers disguised themselves as a reputable brand and tried to take money from my account, but Barclays didn?t allow the payment and immediately blocked my card!
I was further impressed when I came into the branch, in Stratford, and got excellent customer service and support from the bank employee Ragia who was very helpful and resolved my issue.

On Friday the 11th, I came in to open an account and also convert my coins into notes. I was served with the utmost respect at the counter. If I can recall, the lovely lady serving me was called Tahmana. She made the entire process easy and quick, a great experience overall.

About 8 weeks ago my money was swallowed by the machine and because I was last person nothing could have been done but when I went in today Olla was helpful along with the other colleague who helped me with the money that was swallowed and sorted everything.
