Dear Works head office/Customer service team.\\nMy name is Milan Cherifi and i wish to say a big thank you to Anesa and Siama from Stratford shopping center store. Unfortunately the Royal Mail lost my click\\u0026collect order and when I visit the store the girls was extremely helpful,kind and gave me excellent customer service. They gave me all the contact details and explained me how can I get the refund. Next day I went back to the store and Anesa and Siama helped me to find all the books what I looking for. They are absolutely professional,helpful and kind. I wish all the best for them and the store/ company. Once again Thank you so much Anesa and Siama.

I spent quite a while in here so much to choose from, good for adult books and children's books . Fantastic choice of coloring pens pencils and paints . Games , sodt toys . Nice coloring books. Craft items , would definitely recommend

I love The works shop loads of stationery stuff you can buy, games, toys, arts crafts, gifts etc fun place to explore. Items are responsible priced and quality is excellent. Would recommend people visiting The Works also they have loyalty cards so while you shop you get points too. Majority of items you can find. Staff are nice, friendly and also helpful in my local branch.

Greatly enlightening and Peacefully useful stationery shop with so many varieties of books and tools to help so many diverse children including persons with Special Educational Needs.This Works Shop really engages every one with some interesting work or the other.This welcomes all the diverse people families and children of the world ????Safe and easily accessible from all sides of London city, by Trains, DLR, Buses, cars, Bicycles, scooters, etc.

This store is better than the one inside the Westfield mall. More spacious.Some of the staff are friendly, others don?t seem to want to be there at all.Lots of items available - gifts, art supplies, postal needs - mostly all affordable although their typical brazen Sale signs are gross.Nonetheless, I am a fan of The Works.

A bit difficult to find if you haven't been before. But that may also be something to do with my eye sight. Once inside it is a treasure trove. Well organised. Pretty much everything you could ever need in terms of art materials. Helpful staff when asking for it. Good prices. Nice overall
