Nice coffee always

Girls behind the counter were fine. A bit slow I had one drink ahead of me to be made and waited 10 minutes for an iced drink to be made. Sany the guy who was working the till was very off-putting and not fit to work in customer service. A very rude tone of voice, acting as if you?re an inconvenience to him, won?t look you in the eye, mumbling something to you barely hearable then acts offended and annoyed that you politely ask him to repeat himself (how am I even supposed to know you?re even speaking to me if you?re mumbling that quietly, chewing gum, and not looking at me when you?re supposedly talking to me??). Made the whole visit very uncomfortable and strange for no reason. Even the girls making the drinks looked uncomfortable with the atmosphere in the shop. Once I ordered my drink and stood waiting he was just skulking around the store and I saw him looking other customers up and down in a rude / weird way. Strange behaviour and shouldn?t be working in a customer facing job. Won?t be going back.

At around 5:50 pm I ordered my drink and scanned my app to pay with and because I am currently a partner at Starbucks. Sany the supervisor on shift asked me for ID which I do not have because I work in a franchise. So I told him I don?t have one and started to be rude and telling me yh we have so you have to show it to me and after all that arguing I told him we don?t and he was telling me to go through my phone showing him personal group chat of where I work and my rota. I find it ridiculous that they are hiring people like this!.

I was really in rush and wanted to get a medicine but yeahh.
such a shame, in whole usa water is free from all starbucks.

There was no queue when ordering, however the wait for my coffee was very long. Think it was 10-15 minutes, on top of that they made the person that ordered after me, their drink first? although I don?t think the lady realised and she was working on her own. They need two people on making the drinks as it takes so long. The drink was made well, I always order a white mocha (blonde roast) with vanilla cold foam.

Reece made me wait half an hour for just a coffee while he is serving other customers, when I question kindly where my coffee is , he even made it worse and escalated the situation. Worst service . The service is too slow. Thanks

Not a good experience. Ordered a takeaway coffee and was charged extra for the cup. This extra charge was not advertised and the staff were not helpful when I queried it.

The service is so poor and slow, I may as well go to latin America to collect the beans myself, walk back to stratford and grind them down and make myself a coffee. Hey I might even get a smile from someone along the way? which is more than what I would get here in Starbucks? should be called Blackholebucks? as the star part has died

Hi there today i visit Starbucks coffee stratford center, the service of this startbucks very bad
One of the with the name of Akash is very rude and bad behaviour he don?t know how to deal with the customers he don?t know how to talk with manners please kick him out otherwise he will damage your reputation,
And i will not come again in this branch

The great about this Starbucks is they are open even Christmas Day so means 365 days in a year . It always open and those love coffee and they can always have coffee even Christmas Day . I drove 39 minutes for her which I know they always open . Thank you guys for the celebration service and kept Open in Christmas Day .
