This place doesn?t feel safe, even inside, you always have to stay alert. The staff look very unkempt, with dirty, wrinkled clothes and messy hair, including supervisors and managers. It makes you worry about the kitchen?s hygiene. I prefer to avoid this location.

My favourite pret, I go nearly everyday. Staff is super nice and friendly, coffee always great and everything is always fresh and clean.

I ordered a soy chai latte, which was served quickly. It was so sweet and tasted more like warm coca cola than any chai I've ever had. Really disappointed and also annoyed after having to throw away a drink that cost almost £5. It's really put me off buying any drink from any pret store again.

Had a very positive experience here, Emilia was so attentive and friendly, we had a pleasant chat about matcha latte since they didn't have it in stock, she was able to provide me an alternative drink and it was delicious!
Would definitely recommend this coffee shop.

I ordered an ice latte with hazelnut and iced mocha. I said I want extra hazelnut. I get my coffee the mocha isn?t mixed I can taste the powder in my mouth and the espresso shot was so bitter it wasn?t pressed properly. the ice latte was just bitter no taste of syrup. When I go to complain they are saying I?m in the wrong and I?m telling them cyntia is like to me do you wanna come make it. That?s just extremely disgusting and not once they apologise for it. I said u can make it again and they try to charge me again for syrups and the attitude I was getting from her is disappointing. Ended asking for a refund. I?d love for her to learn some manners and customer service.

What a horrible place to visit now ! Been going here for years , but will refrain from now on . No staff smile or great you . It stinks off wee inside and outside the shop. And there will soon be an infestation of rats and mice , if not already because of the disgusting view outside as you eat ! What a view ! Avoid !!!!

Never stocked properly, run out of things like Porridge by 7.30am. I don't see the point. The one on the other side of the station is much better with happier staff but you have to leave the station.

I've decided to update this review as I do think this pret has improved. It's much better stocked with staff who know what they are doing. So back in the good books as they actually have porridge on the shelf for breakfast.

While pricier than Greggs, the homemade cakes and sandwiches are exceptionally fresh and flavorful, warranting occasional visits despite the higher cost. The superior quality justifies the expense for some.

Please cook your breakfast tomato and cheese pizzas well. The dough is most of the time's uncooked, this is a serious health and safety hazard.
