Be cautious when buying from here! Purchased the Cheese Melt and spent the whole night and day suffering from food poisoning. Father had couple bites of the same meal and also suffered from food poisoning.

Food was very cold the pizza not good in quality waste of money

Ordered and she said the drinks machine was broke and said 2 mins. Waiting another 20 mins for the food and the machine still wasn?t fixed. Gave me bottled. Bad service.

Both my pizza and my son?s were disappointing we ended up discarding them. The drink was served without ice, and surprisingly, there was only one staff member working during Saturday lunchtime. As a result, I had to wait over 25 minutes just to get our order. Definitely not the experience I expected.

Guy who worked here today at around 4pm, wish I got his name, his service was second to none, just brilliant! He made my day and the Margarita pizza was delicious, what a wonderful treat on my birthday.

i went to lakeside yesterday and ate from there as well the staff was super friendly and nice and we forgot to take dips and went again and they didnt even charge .. but this westfield is worstt

Was confused with Meal deals +50p extra thing (In the screen it doesn?t show if Go large means for pizzas or fries) and Vippu, the staff member, was really bad unhelpful and looks she is tired for the shift. Unnecessary attitude towards me for asking few questions about meal deal. Give her a Shift off on weekends if she doesn?t want to explain properly or coordinate with customers.

Pizza hut flavour pizza is always more soft and lovely to tuck into. Finding a seat in Westfield can be the most hardest thing to do. They should change their packaging to help customers walk off with ease. And continue eating.My son loves the flavour of the chips. And yes we all get very full up eating from here. Very filled up.
