Most outrageous experience. They received my Evri package, and the content was clearly stolen. They made a hole through the package and stole the contents. When I asked them to report the stolen items to the delivery company because they claimed \\\"this is how they arrived\\\", they refused to, scanned the code as \\\"delivered\\\" anyway and tried to completely dismiss me.\\n\\nI have never been treated so rudely in my life. I am right now filling in a report with Evri to make sure they don't drop off items anymore.

Rude, unprofessional and inappropriate staff! I went there two times to use the collectPlus service; the first time I was helped by a lady to return a Levi's package, and everything was ok. The second time, a man told me he wouldn't accept my packages, because the dpd driver had previously rejected to pick them up. I insisted and tried to explain that I had previously returned packages using their service, and that their store was shown as a valid collectPlus point online - he then started to yell at me, call me "darling" (in a patronising way) and tell me to leave because he had other customers to attend to! Because he was yelling, the people in the store started to look at us, to see what was going on, which was very embarrassing for me (I looked like someone who was looking to cause trouble, when I am not that type of person at all!). As I realised there was no way with this person, I left and luckily found another collectPlus point, which accepted my packages. If you need to use the collectPlus service here, do not do it, unless you want to be yelled at, insulted and patronised and your day to be ruined! PS: I have also written a lovely and detailed complaint email to collectPlus, so that they know who they're supposedly working with!

If you want to use this store as collection point for Collect+, donâ??t! I tried it twice, the first time although i purchased a label for a parcel up to 10kg (and being 8kg), the lady at the counter didnâ??t want to take it as â??the driver would have complained about the weight).. she took it finally after i insisted and likely everything went ok. So i decided to try again this time with a parcel of only 2+kg but the man at the counter this time said he could only take returns (again, i paid for a service up to 5kg and there was no mention about this anywhere). I have insisted but nothing (didnâ??t have that policy the week earlier though!?). I called Collect+ but i just waited endlessly on the phone so just decided to walk for another 15 minutes to the next collection point where there were luckily no dramas. Better using Hermes from the Best One store just nearby.

Very unhelpful staff. This is our local connect+ drop off point, for Amazon returns, amongst other things. I had a large package to return. Having gone round twice to drop it off, I was told the machine was broken, and too come back later. Eventually, on the third attempt, I just left the parcel. The guy working there said it wasn't his problem and dumped the package outside the shop!
